Proportions can be gauged based on the pictures, as each initial photo is taken in the same frame.
 
Makers Marks
The maker's mark indicates the range and the farm where the clay was harvested. (Suikerbossie Guest Farm at the tail end of the Cederberg.)
 
Installation
Use a size 10 wall drill bit to make a hole as deep as the fitting. (Tip: Mark the drill bit with tape for accuracy.)
Keep the fitting attached to the orb. Insert it into the hole, press it firmly against the wall, and twist the orb to tighten. The fitting expands inside the wall, securing it firmly.
The orbs are interchangeable - simply unscrew one and replace it with another to experiment with colors and styles.
